Independent Lens is a PBS documentary series. They are screening a healthy segment of a doc called “For Once in My Life” (musicians with disabilities) at the Ivy Substation (home of Tim Robbin’s Actors Gang Theater) on Monday in Culver City. This film is NOT about the KOWH, however,  after the screening the trailer to the KOWH doc will show and after that the Kids will play a couple of songs unplugged and entertain questions from the audience(!).

Previews of the KOWH documentary have started. There have been showings in Portland, OR and Sacramento,CA.

USC hosts one September 15th(with an “unplugged” performance by the Kids)

The Philadelphia Film and Music Festival previews on September 24th.

Colorado U./Boulder previews on October 18th

ACT YOUR AGE: THE KIDS OF WIDNEY HIGH STORY, the feature-length documentary all about your favorite undergound band, is now completed after nearly ten years of hard labor!

Focusing mainly on the triumphant tour we took from LA to Seattle and back two summers ago, ACT YOUR AGE is one film you can actually look forward to seeing this year!

But, as always, we need YOUR help!
